We specialize in Self Defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Sambo Classes for Kids Ages 3 and Up, Teens, Women and Men from Beginner to Advanced Levels in a safe, clean, professional and family fun environment.

We have 14 Black Belts, including two female Black Belts to serve your needs.

SCHEDULE
We run classes 7 days a week, ranging from morning to evening classes in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sumo and Muay Thai. Our classes range from Kids Ages 3 and Up, Teens, Women and Men from Beginner to Advanced Levels.
