Please note: If a member suspends an account and the rates increases while the account is suspended, member will pay new increased rate upon return. Member will also be responsible for a $35 reinstatement fee upon return. 

 

All Registration fees cover a brand new uniform valued at $150 (White GI with Team Patches).

 

You are required to have uniforms patched with Team Logos as well as Team Rash Guard and Shorts (NOGI Classes) and can be purchased at LVL5BJJShop.com.

 

Registration Fees are Applicable to Each Family Member.

**Please note: The above pricing is based on Recurring Auto Debit Payments Only. All members are on Auto Debit. There is a $25 charge for all returned monthly charges. There is a 30 day written notice required to cancel or pause membership membership.



Please be advised that when a member submits their 30 day written notice to cancel or pause via email to info@lvl5bjj.com of cancellation, member will be charged (billed) final payment cancelling membership.
